Is it safe to convert a confidential PDF?
DocFlip does not upload your document. Reading the PDF and creating the JPG files happen locally in your browser, so the file stays on your device.
Are JPG and JPEG the same format?
Yes. JPG and JPEG are two names for the same image format. Files ending in .jpg work with applications and services that request JPEG.
Can I convert every PDF page at once?
Yes. Every page is selected by default. You can also enter individual pages or ranges for each document, such as 1-3, 5, 8-10.
Which resolution should I choose: 96, 150, or 300 DPI?
Use 96 DPI for quick previews, 150 DPI for most screen-based work, and 300 DPI for more detail. Higher DPI also creates larger files.
What are the PDF converter limits?
You can process up to 10 PDFs, each no larger than 50 MB, with up to 100 pages in total. Conversion time depends on selected pages, DPI, and device performance.
Can I convert a password-protected PDF?
Not yet. First remove the protection in an application where you are authorized to open and change the document, then add the PDF to DocFlip.
Does DocFlip extract the original images from a PDF?
No. The tool renders each complete PDF page as it appears on screen. It does not separately extract images embedded in the document.
