Trim the visible margins of a PDF with a preview frame. Set top, right, bottom, and left percentages, then apply them to all pages or a selected range.
4 simple steps
Cropping is useful when scanned pages have wide borders or when a diagram occupies only part of a sheet. DocFlip changes the visible page area without scaling or rasterizing its content.
Choose one document up to 50 MB and 500 pages. Thumbnails show the currently visible page area, including its existing orientation.
Leave the selection empty to crop every page, or select only the pages that need trimming. Other pages stay unchanged.
Enter a percentage from 0 to 45 for each edge. The preview frame marks the area that will remain visible. The same percentages adapt to different page sizes.
Download the new PDF and check it in your reader. The visible area is smaller, while the original content outside it remains in the file.

Use cropping to reduce visible whitespace, remove scanner borders from view, or focus a page on a diagram. It is a page-display adjustment, not secure removal of information.
The frame responds to margin settings before export, so you can check that the visible region still includes the content you need.
A selection is useful when only a few scans have oversized borders. An empty selection applies the crop to every page.
Top and left refer to the page as displayed. Existing 90°, 180°, and 270° rotations are taken into account.
The content is not replaced with a screenshot. The saved PDF restricts the visible area; material outside that area is still present.
